Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) is a groupware product that is an email, calendaring and collaboration server, featuring a web interface as well as a cross-platform desktop client.The ZCS Server uses several open source projects including MySQL, Postfix, OpenLDAP, ClamAV and SpamAssassin. It uses a SOAP application programming interface for all its functionality and is an IMAP and POP3 server. The server runs on many distributions of Linux as well as on Mac OS X.Zimbra Desktop is a free email and calendar client which runs on any Windows, Apple or Linux desktop computer. It works online and offline and works with any POP or IMAP email account.
