RT Support & Consultancy

Request Tracker or 'RT' is an enterprise-grade ticketing system which enables a group of people to intelligently and efficiently manage tasks, issues, and requests submitted by a community of users.RT is built using Perl and runs on Apache web server with data stored in MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle or SQLite. It is possible to extend the RT interface using plug-ins written in Perl.

The RT platform has been under development since 1996, and is used by systems administrators, customer support staff, IT managers, developers and marketing departments at thousands of sites around the world.

RT is open source software, which means that the user has the ability to change and customise it for their needs. Our consultants can provide expert support to manage and administer RT installations.

credativ has the largest dedicated open source support team in Europe, with the capability to offer up to 24x7 coverage for any RT installation. Our support contracts are priced competitively, starting at just £145 per month. This will cover any free software used by the customer - see our Open Source Support Centre for more.

Supported Distributions

credativ's RT support covers all of our supported distributions, including Debian, Ubuntu, Red Hat, SuSE, openSuSE, CentOS, Xandros, OpenBSD, FreeBSD and more.
