The latest version of Linux Kernel has been released and is ready for download.
The prediction was that many of the updates would see minor changes, however, it turns out the fifth edition is the most reliable yet. The most prominent changes to the nucleus of the GNU/Linux operating system are the GPU updates and a fix for Nouveau. Improvements have also been made to many hardware architectures.
From a numerical stance, the latest version has seen changes to 64 files, with 465 insertions and 312 deletions.
Linux Kernel developer Greg KH, announced the release of the 4.2.5 Kernel and stated:

Users of Linux 4.2 Kernel are being urged to upgrade as soon as possible.
