The Liberal Democrats approached credativ after learning of the company's expertise in free software applications, and were impressed with credativ's Open Source Support Centre that provides support up to 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
The Liberal Democrats contacted Glasgow North Regeneration Agency, an existing credativ client, for a reference. credativ's track record of service excellence in consultancy, implementation and support, received high praise.
Head of Innovations at The Liberal Democrats HQ, says: “We visited Rugby to ensure credativ could meet our requirements. We were suitably impressed and confident in the knowledge our IT systems would be well supported by a team with proven experience.”
